Your therapist will begin the treatment with relaxation techniques, before moving to techniques to build the chakra's energy. Clients may experience arousal during the treatment; if you feel uncomfortable, please notify your therapist and they will modify the techniques used.

Optimal benefit is provided with the use of tantra breathing techniques. The technique, known as pranayamas, allows the client to move energy from one part of the body to another. This also allows the client to exercise self-control during arousal.
